A. Polyester filament production method: polyester filament (or POY) or other composite filament is drawn through the air nozzle, so that the filament is untwisted under the action of air flow, and the dispersed monofilament forms a loop on its surface and is fixed on the surface of the filament, and then the finished product can be obtained after heat shaping, oil winding.
b. Performance of polyester air transformer filament products: The basic characteristics are the same as that of raw filament, but products with various characteristics can be obtained according to the variety and type of raw filament used. Mixed fiber and other methods can be used to produce products with different shrinkage properties and dyeing properties. Different luster, different hygroscopicity of air deformed silk, but also can control the different process conditions and processing methods to produce yarn, wool and other products.
c. Polyester air yarn use: It can be used for machine weaving, warp knitting and weft knitting to make all kinds of garments, outerwear, shirts, etc. It can also make indoor decorative cloth, curtain, bed cover and household appliances cover cloth. Industrial filter cloth, tire cord, fishing net, sewing thread, etc., are determined according to the specifications of the product (fiber line density, number and distribution of wool loops, etc.).
d. Polyester filament packing, storage and transportation: The packing form is the same as that of polyester filament packing. Each winding bobbin weighs about 4kg and is covered with plastic bags. Storage and transportation should be handled with care, do not damage the packaging box, to prevent contamination and damage to the wire strips, should be stored in a ventilated dry place, with fire prevention facilities.
